We have owned and managed vacation rentals for over 10 years in Colorado, Missouri, California, and Arkansas. "Great location and a beautiful home for the perfect family Christmas getaway. We could not have asked for more perfect weather. There was already a good amount of snow on the back of the property when we arrived which made for a perfect sledding hill. Even with all the snow the roads, driveway, and walkway to the house were very well maintained, the heated mats leading up to the house and out to the hot tub was a nice touch. Zac was a great host, he was very helpful making sure we had everything we needed be fore we got there, he even went above and beyond to get us a food processor so we could prepare certain food we wanted to make while we were there. If you have the opportunity to stay here I would definitely recommend it, you will not be disappointed."

"This place is great! The pictures don’t do it justice. We were looking for a quiet get away that had an open floor plan for all of us to hang out, chat, and play games and it was spectacular. We liked that the master bath (with jacuzzi and large shower) was separate from the master bedroom so that everyone could enjoy! Highly recommend this place."
